호텔 글로벌 체인 취소/환불 정책 업데이트에 대해서 알아보겠습니다.

코로나로 숙박계획을 픽스하지 못하는 요즘,

힐튼호텔,메리어트,아코르,하얏트 등 글로벌 호텔체인들은 여러가지로 회원들의 편의와 충성고객의 관리차원에서,

취소수수료 면제,환불,숙박일정 조정등의 옵션들을 내놓고 있습니다.

업데이트된 내용으로 하나하나 살펴보겠습니다.

 

1, 힐튼 아너스 정책

Hilton Updates Global Travel Waiver & Refund For Arrivals & Reservations Through August 31, 2020

Hilton has expanded its global travel waiver that is now valid through and reservations made by August 31, 2020 (was going to expire on June 30), due to the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

먼저 힐튼은 트래블 웨이버 & 리펀드로 업데이트 하였습니다.

기존의 6월30일까지의 숙박예정( 예약시점)에 대하여,

무료로 취소,환불,연장의기간을 다시  8월 31일까지 모두 연장해주겠다고 발표했습니다.

역시 힐튼 아너스의 고객을 위한 정책은 높이살만합니다.

8월31일까지의 모든숙박에 대해 숙박 하루전까지 날자를 바꾸거나 취소시 No Charge Fee!

Global Travel Waiver:

Greater Flexibility for New and Existing Reservations – Updated as of June 5, 2020

In order to provide you with greater travel flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hilton introduced a more flexible cancellation policy on March 12, 2020.  As stay-at-home orders lift and travel resumes, our Team Members are excited to welcome you to our hotels.  At the same time, we know your plans may continue to change, so we have made your reservations even more flexible:

For reservations made prior to March 12, 2020 – when our new, more flexible reservation policy went into effect:  You may now change or cancel any future reservation, without penalty, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date, but not later than August 31, 2020.  This includes reservations described as “non-cancellable” or Advance Purchase.

취소불능 요금도 숙박 24시간이전에 취소하면 페날티를 물지 않습니다.

Flexibility for the Future: Any individual reservations booked on and between March 12 and August 31, 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.

If you cancel a rate which required an advance payment or deposit, we will do everything we can to process your refund as quickly as possible. Due to the influx of cancellations, it may take up to 30 days to complete your request. If you are a Hilton Honors member and cancel an Advance Purchase rate, you may be eligible for a free night certificate for each cancelled night. Free night certificates can be used at our more than 6,100 properties worldwide. Stays must be completed by August 31, 2021. In lieu of a refund, guests at select hotels may choose to receive a hotel voucher redeemable toward a future stay at that hotel. Changes are subject to availability and rate differences.

만약 선불지급으로 묶여있는 데포짓이 있는경우 환불을 요청하면 최대한 빨리,늦어도 30일이내에 환불지급을 하겠다고 합니다.물론 무료숙박권으로 돌려받을수도 있습니다,

2.아코르 호텔 정책

Accor Reservation Cancellation Covid-19 Policy Update

다음은 아코르 ALL 취소정책입니다.

나라별로 대륙별로 또 지역마다 조금씩 다른 취소/환불정책입니다.

헷갈리게 정책을 따로 내놓았는데...ㅠㅠ

일단 6월30일까지의 예약에 대하여, 취소/환불/수수료없음은 기본입니다.

다만 나라에 따라 리펀드를 해주는지, 바우처로 지급을 하는지에 따른 각각의 오퍼가 있습니다.

 

Accor has updated (again) its coronavirus cancellation policy as of Wednesday (June 3, 2020).

Accor’s Global Policy, with many exceptions, is valid for stays through June 30, 2020. The rules for cancellations, refunds, credits, vouchers, and what else are very complicated and country/region-specific.

90일기간의 환불 요청시간을 명시했는데, 힐튼과 비교하면 너무 늦는것같습니다.

Booked a flexible rate directly with Accor?

Guests that booked fully refundable rates may cancel or modify their reservations without penalties on all.accor.com (provided that the exact rate policy of your original booking will apply to your revised booking).

Booked a non-flexible rate directly with Accor and need to cancel?

Guest who planned to stay in one of our hotels prior to and inclusive of June 30th, 2020 may modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or request a credit voucher for the full amount of the booking value for use at a future date at the same hotel.

For all group bookings, including meetings and events, our global sales teams are working closely with hotels to provide the maximum flexibility possible, and will be assessing on a case by case basis the need to cancel or postpone events.

FOR HOTELS IN EUROPE (유럽 국가 대부분은 크레딧바우처증정 : 18개월동안 사용가능)

6월30일까지 예약을 수정밀 켄슬을 할때 동일한 금액의 크레딧바우처를 받을수있습니다.

18개월안에 사용하여야하며,

만약 그호텔이 클로즈되어 사용할수없을경우, 페널티없이 전액 환불 가능합니다.

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 3월1일~9월15일 숙박의 변경,취소시 18개월간 대사용할수있는 케시바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.( 캐쉬로 환불불가)

 

➔ For hotels in Germany, Austria Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Bulgaria:

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 2월25일~9월30일 숙박의 변경,취소시 18개월간 재사용할수있는 캐쉬 바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.( 캐쉬로 환불불가)( 18개월후 만약 그기간에 사용할수 없을시 전액 페널티없이 환불)

 

➔ For hotels in Portugal:포르투갈

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 3월13일~9월30일 숙박의 변경,취소시 2021년 3월31일까지 사용할수있는 캐쉬 바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.( 캐쉬로 환불불가)( 2021년 3월31일 만약 그기간에 사용할수 없을시 전액 페널티없이 환불)

 

 

➔ For hotels in Spain: 스페인

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 3월14일~6월6일 숙박의 변경,취소시 alam condition 사용할수있는 캐쉬 바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.( 캐쉬로 환불불가)( 12개월후 만약 그기간에 사용할수 없을시 전액 페널티없이 환불)

 

➔ For hotels in Italy: 이탈리아

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 3월11일~9월30일 숙박의 변경,취소시 1년간 사용할수있는 캐쉬 바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.( 캐쉬로 환불불가)

➔ For hotels in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:

영국,아일랜드,벨기에,네덜란드,룩셈부르크

취소불능 요금으로 예약된 6월30일 숙박의 변경,취소시 18개월까지 사용할수있는 캐쉬 바우처로

지급받을수있습니다.(  만약 그기간에 봉쇄로 사용할수 없을시 전액 페널티없이 환불)

 

FOR HOTELS IN ASIA PACIFIC (아시아 프로퍼티에 대한 취소 정책)

Guest who planned to stay in one of our hotels prior to and inclusive of June 30th, 2020 may cancel their reservation and receive a credit voucher in the amount of the original booking for use at the same hotel within 18 months. Guest may also modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) by contacting the hotel directly.

6월30일까지 숙박예정의 취소,환불은 크레딧바우처로 돌려주고 18개월동안 같은 호텔에서 사용할수 있습니다.

다만 싱가포르만 예외입니다.3월25일전에 예약된 숙박에 대하여 페날티없이 환불가능.

Exceptions to this general policy apply to hotels in Singapore:

➔ For hotels in Singapore:

For a stay planned (including Group Bookings) made before March 25, 2020 (inclusive), with a stay between February 1, 2020  and October 19, 2020 (inclusive), guests may cancel their reservation and be refunded without penalty. To cancel your reservation and process the refund, please contact the hotel directly.

아코르의 정책이 넘 정신없이 리스트업 되었습니다.

간략히 재정비되었으면 좋겠습니다..그리고 힐튼처럼 좀더 기간이 연장되어지길 바랍니다.
